Common Questions

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by tapping "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

How do I change my privacy settings?

Navigate to Settings > Privacy in the app. You can control who sees your posts, manage blocked users, and adjust notification preferences.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the three dots (...) on any post and select "Report". Choose the reason for reporting and our team will review it within 24 hours.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Export Data. You'll receive an email with a download link for all your data within 48 hours.
