- Profile Data: Bio, avatar image, display name, and other optional profile details
- User Content: Events you create, including titles, descriptions, categories, images, and privacy settings
- Social Interactions: Comments, reactions (likes, hugs), and follow relationships
- Communications: Messages you send to us for support or feedback
3.2 Information Collected Automatically:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
- Usage Data: Features used, actions taken, time spent in the App, and interaction patterns
- Push Notification Tokens: Expo push tokens for delivering notifications
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs
3.3 Special Category Data:
Given the nature of LTIC as an emotional support platform, we may process information that could be considered "special category" or "sensitive" data under GDPR, such as information about your mental or emotional wellbeing. We process this data only with your explicit consent, which you provide by creating and sharing emotional events.

- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication (data stored in secure cloud infrastructure)
- Expo: Push notification delivery
- PostHog: Privacy-focused analytics
- Apple: Authentication via Sign in with Apple
6.3 Legal Requirements:
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LTIC, our users, or others.
6.4 Business Transfers:
If LTIC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws.
For transfers from the EU/EEA/UK, we implement appropriate safeguards including:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes:

- We will notify you through the App or via email
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect
